Bill Mulcahy, BS GBA

Bill’s career has spanned 40 years in the Employee Benefits industry. Areas of expertise include Population Health Management, Mergers & Acquisitions, Product Design, Pricing & Distribution. He has founded several companies including CPI Benefits, Inc., Work & Family Benefits, Inc. and most recently co-founded E4 Health, Inc. Bill has held executive positions with national companies to include Unum, Horizon Behavioral Services, and Aetna. Bill is a graduate of Seton Hall University, and has attended both Columbia University and The University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School for advanced degree programs. Bill is a co-chair of the JFI National Speakers Bureau. Bill and his wife Joann live in Morristown, NJ where he has served on the boards of the Morris School District, Morris Educational Foundation and Morristown YMCA.

Cindy Sheriff, MA CEAP

Cindy’s career has spanned over 30 years in the behavioral health industry. Areas of expertise include Employee Assistance Programs and Wellness. She has held many executive positions with national and regional companies to include Horizon Behavioral Services, Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., Aetna and most recently co-founder of E4 Health. Cindy has a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Western Kentucky University. She is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. Originally from Elizabethtown, Kentucky, she now lives in Owensboro Kentucky with her husband Ed. Cindy has been a board member of the Jason Foundation since 2012 and is also the Co-Chair of the JFI National Speakers Bureau. 

 
 

Thomas Sawyer, PhD

Dr. Tom Sawyer is a veteran of some forty years’ experience in healthcare as a clinical provider, senior executive, and senior consultant. Prior to his career on the business side of healthcare, he spent more than twenty years providing clinical services in various fields, including preventive health, behavioral health, and chronic care management interventions. Since moving to the business side of healthcare, Dr. Sawyer’s areas of expertise have included the design of innovative health plan services, high value health plans, population health management strategy, mobile phone-based health management, and ROI calculator development for various health services. His most recent work included building a national award-winning technology platform to integrate behavioral, preventive and chronic disease care management in a comprehensive care planning tool kit.

Rich Becker, CPA, CPM

Rich brings 30 plus years experience in accounting, banking, development, asset management and property management.  Most recently as a Director at MHIC (Massachusetts Housing Investment Corporation) Rich oversaw portfolios in Affordable Housing, Healthy Neighborhood Investment and New Market Tax Credit Investment.   He is the Founder and President of Culture Links, an intercultural exchange program for inner city teens. Rich has earned credentials both as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and as a CPM (Certified Property Manager). He graduated from Siena College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and has since received a Diploma in Real Estate Studies and a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.

Steve Rosenblatt, Founder and President, has over 40 years of expertise and experience in professional management of multi-family properties; consulting on congregate housing, all Federal housing programs, development and acquisition of properties using the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and affordable housing ventures; training in all Farmers Home Administration (FmHA), HUD, State Housing Finance Agency (HFA) programs, Fair Housing and the Low Income Housing Tax Credit.
